Here at BeeKeepingIt sweet we like to keep things simple. Extracting the honey straight from the hive to jar to you.
We only filter the honey, no pasteurization so all the pollen and goodness is still in our honey.
All our honey comes from Worcestershire foraged from a wide variety of plants/hedgerows and trees.
Runny honey can crystalize after a period of time or kept in a very cold place (this is natural for unpasteurized honey). if this happens the jar can be placed in a warm water bath, this will melt the crystals and will be runny again
