Being a beekeeper people find it funny that I don't really eat honey, but my Favourite thing the bees make is their wax. The smell, the colour and the versatility, beeswax is used in many applications in the modern world from cosmetics to polish. Beeswax still plays a vital part in our lives.

After the honey harvest I am usually left with a lot of capping's which covered the honey in the comb, which I render down and filter. This beeswax is used in my soaps and candles as it have a beautiful colour and honey aroma. We have been busy at Beekeepingit sweet making new candles for sale on the website that are nice and decorative but also beautiful candles to burn.
